Correction, there are only 3 ids. The formatting was off in the spreadsheet (missing padding zeros).

Counter correction: the formatting does match the one used on https://culture.gov.mt/en/culturalheritage/Pages/National%20Inventory.aspx. I looked at a few WD items that matched the the padded id with the unpadded id in the database and they did indeed match, e.g. Q38683452 and 2332.
The three ids that I found that were not yet on WD (01917, 02000, 02136) also returned no matches in the database. Not sure what to do with these since I don't know what to put as reference.
Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be anything more to do with this dataset. Please let me know if I've missed anything. @Nevborg @ToniSant

@Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE there were two datasets they wanted to import, the one already in Wikidata (which should be almost entirely matched already) and a second one. I don't think either use Phabricator, I've sent an email with you cc'ed to ask for the other dataset
