In our original specifications, we said:
Next, on the left side should be the bolded filename with a small image icon. On the right of that row should be an "X".
After seeing this in action, we realized the "X" looks like a "close" icon:
We want to remove the "X" for rejections. Even though acceptances have a checkmark, there will be no corresponding icon for rejections.
