Background

Usability tests showed that the amount of information now shown at one time feels overwhelming. The descriptions being more visible (especially without needing to click into the field first) was seen as an improvement, but the cleanliness of the old interface was preferred. The adjustments in this ticket combine the best of both.

Requirements

• If existing, description (incl. special messages) is always hidden. This is true for descriptions of all lengths.
• If there is a hidden description, show the More button. If no description, do not show a button.
• Clicking the button works the same as currently (text changes to "Less" when clicked, icon changes, and the button toggles showing and hiding the description below the parameter label)

Note: the gradient behind the button is no longer needed
