List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

The items for the drop down menu for Bengali wiki is different for the Minerva skin is different and Monobook skin

What happens?:
There is no way to have * New Contribution* by *Translation* in the Bengali version in the mobile mode.....

In the Minerva skin of bn wiki contains the option of Contribution (4th from above) in the screenshot F34752309 brings the screenshot F34753945. This sub option does not have anything about New Contributions

What should have happened instead?:
The sub option in the Monobook skin of bn wiki brings the screenshot F34753946, This gives the option to submit New Contributions , which is clearly missing from the Minerva skin of bn wiki.

I have given screenshots from bn wiki in both the cases to prove my case.

I believe this can be configured from user preferences unless it's not enabled on BN wiki. Tagging readers web so they can provide a better explanation.

I am including a screenshot from bn Monobook skin, which clearly proves
*Translation* is enabled in bn wiki...

I’m confused. This report is about the Minerva skin, but the screenshots compare Minerva and Vector skin ?

not enabled for me... To put the record straight, I uploaded the screenshot
of Vector skin...

I do not see a bug here - it looks like you enabled different settings (e.g. Advanced Mobile Contributions) on different wikis / skins.

How do I enable advanced Mobile setting for Minerva skin ?

When I am using the Minerva skin in bn wiki, I cannot see the option of
*Contribution through Translation*.

But it is working fine in the Vector skin of bn wiki...

Please see my previous comment and all the remaining things I asked for. I still have no idea at all where to see something, because there are still no links provided to anything, unfortunately.

I don't know where or how to see some Monobook skin that has a dropdown, as there are unfortunately still no clear steps to reproduce.
Again: Please provide steps, as a list of steps.
