Background
Allow editing the story title on the publishing form and present it as a cover frame in the story viewer.
Introduce a mandatory text field on publish page for story title.
Design details
On the publishing form:
- By default show a blinking cursor on story title field.
- Show a label message which disappears once typing starts.
- Show an error message when users tap on publish Wikistories without providing a title.
- Enable scrolling inside the title field if users enter a long story title.

In the story viewer
- Use story title from the publish page as a title on story cover page.
- Truncate story cover page title if it crosses four lines.
- Use the image of very first story page as a lead image for story cover page.
- Start showing progress bar from story cover page.
