Handling this via task rather than email.

The package was compiled a week ago and installed on:
db1124: test cluster
db1125: test cluster
db1133: backup testing (not in use but replicating from s1 master)
pc2014: pc1 spare in codfw.

After a few days it was done on:
db1180: s6 live slave (17th Nov)
