@Sunny00217: My question was in general. :) Why and when you would use links like https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/phab:maniphest/task/edit/form/1/ instead of links like https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/form/1/ ? Which problem does the first link solve and the last link does not solve?

There is no problem at last link, the reason I open this task only want to trigger wikipedia app didn't cover interewiki link and throw a error, and we would got interwiki like https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/phab:Txxx or other interwiki link sometimes.
