Add infrastructure as code configuration for Diffs service so we can run this on multiple environments and create CD pipeline for it.

Notes:

• ephemeral storage config should be 200GB
• for cpu let's start with 2048
• memory value of 4096 should be enough
• also ksqldb instance should be deployed as sidecar container (copy paste firehose ksqldb configuration)
