Currently when indexing from the Phabricator data source, it creates different and separate user profiles by Phabricator name, though the Phabricator username is the very same (for example, after a Phab user changed their freetext name in their profile but not their username). Ideally this should be detected so for Phab accounts, different names with the same username should be automatically merged into the same profile.
