Background
The MVP version of Wikistories allows a maximum of 10 story pages. This ticket provides different warning messages a user will encounter when trying to exceed the set limit.
Design
When a story already has 10 story pages

- Show a warning message when a user tap on [+] icon.
- Warning message disappears after 8 seconds or before that if users decide to interact with any other part of the story builder.
- Allow selecting images when a user deletes existing story page(s).
When a story has less than 10 story pages

- A Tap on [+] icon would take user to image selection screen.

- Allow selecting multiple images until maximum limit(10) is reached.
- Show maximum limit warning message when user try to select images after limit has reached.
- Warning message disappears after 8 seconds or before that if users decide to interact with any other part of the story builder.
- Users can perform actions(scrolling search results, using the navigation bar) while the warning message is displayed.
