Most responses to Toolforge access request are fairly standard ("welcome!", "hi, can you tell us more on what you're planning on to do", "please link your phabricator account", "closing due to inactivity, feel free to re-apply if you still need access", so on). It would be useful if Striker itself had a feature where admins could reply with those templated options.
