Description

Updates to be made based on usability testing (please see parent ticket)

Current design is very text heavy
Messages are too truncated to be useful
Icons are hard to understand
Tap to view who sent the message was confusing / unexpected
Increased distinction between user link and message link for ‘read’ messages
