Dear SRE team,
Please build and deploy the version 4.1.0 of scap using the instructions in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Scap/Release

The changes have been live in beta for a couple of weeks.

Canaries have been upgraded, did a scap pull from mwdebug1001, seemed fine. Will do the rest tomorrow.
