This is an enhancement request for the Interlanguage extension, which i can't find in the list of components.

It should be possible to see the changes to the interwiki page in the watchlist.

For example, if i have the page "George Bush" on my watchlist, i would like to be able to see that someone added a link to the Malayalam article "ബറാക്ക് ഒബാമ" to it, because that would be vandalism: "ബറാക്ക് ഒബാമ" is not "George Bush", but "Barack Obama".

This should be optional, however: The extension should add an option to the "watchlist" tab in the preferences saying "Hide interlanguage links changes from the watchlist".
