Function Editor - Allow user to add labels in another language in function definition

Description

As an user editing a function, I would like the UI to provide me a simple way to define new labels for a function, so that I can easily make the function accessible to more languages.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add "+ Add labels in another language" block button to the editor
  • On click show a new "label editing" component, making sure that the input and output type are read only
  • Make sure the main function definition editor body is "scrollable"
  • TBC by Aishwarya - Remove the Scrollbar from the main component
