Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

What happens?:

The image does not upload and no error message is given.

When I try and upload this image a second time I get the attached.

What should have happened instead?:

An alert should show detailing that the image is already contained within the Wiki and change to include the existing image.

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc:
