Background
In an effort to increase edits from the article view, there was previously a decision to prominently display the Add Image Captions, Image Tags and Article Descriptions Call to Actions. Generally, there is concern about how we encourage article descriptions, and we are working to refresh what the article view looks like in Edit Mode. For this reason, we will demphasize these call to actions by listing them under the edit pencil instead.
The Task
Remove the prominent CTAs for Add Image Captions, Image Tags and Article Descriptions in the article view and instead display it in the edit pencil.
