Purpose: Feature demonstration and end user acceptance testing environment for the Wikimedia-Developer-Portal project

Brief description: Hosting location for a tech stack of Blubber managed Docker images built by PipelineLib to demonstrate the functionality of the Wikimedia-Developer-Portal project prior to its production deployment in April-June 2022. Default compute and storage quotas are expected to be ample for the project's needs. Technically we could deploy the static content as a Toolforge tool, but that route would not allow us to test the Blubber managed containers that we expect to use in the Wikimedia Kubernetes cluster for the production deployment.
