This method call is impossible based on the source code. Seems likely a victim of corrupted opcache. Previously seen at T245183#5974497 for the same class and method.

Thanks for reporting these. This is good to know. I will merge it into T245183 as it isn't individually actionable, but don't be discouraged to report similar corroruptions again (as task, or as comment at T245183). It's useful to be aware of when these happen.
