"Title" is unclear, and should probably say "Subject" or "Topic" instead

Suggested by @stevenwalling at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Wkpq04dwu8xl04rg :

MediaWiki:Discussiontools-newtopic-placeholder-title says "Title", which could be confused with the page title. It should probably say "Topic" instead.

"Heading" would probably be appropriate as existing, widely-understood and used language.

No, headings are for page contents / articles not discussion. It should be
subject or topic or something similar so newbies can understand.

Gotcha. I'd prefer subject, then.

In T264220 we changed it from "Topic" to "Title", because we call the entire discussion sections "topics". I don't think anyone particularly liked "Title", I think we'd be okay with changing it to "Subject" as proposed. I'll ask the rest of the team.

Changing the helper text to Subject from Title sounds like an improvement to me. Let's try it.
