Is this UBN? It's not as far as I can see deployed to production and the next train isn't while the new year. Is it blocking anything else?

This is an issue that would hold the train. I don't think we would lower the priority just because there happens to be no train imminent.

It is also probably affecting other teams' ability to test code on beta.
