As an experienced Wikidata editor I want the new special page for creating Lexemes to show up in the list of special pages (Special:Special pages) in order to have it easily accessible.

Problem:
We need to add a link to the new special page to the list of special pages at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages instead of the old one.

BDD
GIVEN the list of special pages in Special:SpecialPages
WHEN viewing the page
THEN a link to the special page for creating a new Lexeme is shown

Acceptance criteria:

• the link should be in the same place as the one for the old page
