This contains all the volumes of Lippincott's Monthly Magazine that are not on enWS. Since this magazine became defunct in 1916, this should be our first complete print run of a periodical on enWS.

Cool! Should have had a title column, though, and looks like "Lippincott's Monthly Magazine" will be a suitable commonscat value.

Will process after Smart Set, which will probably take a couple of days at the current rate.
