Enable Section Translation on Javanese, Tagalog, Mongolian and Telugu Wikipedias

Description

Some of the Wikipedias identified as part of the Boost initiative already have Section Translation available.
This ticket proposes to enable the tool on other wikipedias from that group and similar characteristics: Javanese, Tagalog, Mongolian, and Telugu Wikipedias.

As part of this process, we'll enable the access to the tool in test wiki for editors to try, communicate with the different communities and only proceed with the enablement if there is no major concern.

  • Enable selected wikis on Test Wikipedia
  • Communicate with the communities
  • Enable in the selected Wikipedias

Hello @KartikMistry the communication phase is completed and there were no objections in the announcements in different Wikis ( Javanese, Tagalog, Mongolian and Telugu).
