The current status of the rollout is the following:

• Tegola only serves and pregenerates tiles in codfw
• Kartotherian only requests tiles from tegola in eqiad

Now that things look OK regarding using tegola with kartotherian we need to:

• Re-enable tile pregeneration on eqiad tegola
• Ensure that eqiad tegola has enough replicas to handle tile pregeneration
• Ensure that pregeneration on codfw and eqiad tegola is not happening at the same time to avoid putting to much load on swift
• Connect codfw kartotherian to codfw tegola
• Connect eqiad kartotherian to eqiad tegola
