Localize sticky header with edit prototype

Description

T296910 implements editing functionality within the sticky header and T296909 represents the work we will do to learn what Senior Contributors would value being improved about the prototype.

This task represents the work with localizing the prototype so that a diverse set of Senior Contributors feel welcomed and motivated to experiment with, and share feedback about, the sticky header's editing functionality.

Prototype localization
Per the conversation @ovasileva and I had on 3 Feb, the Web Team's ambassadors will localize the sticky header prototype w/ editing functionality into the following languages:

  • Farsi
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese

Note: I've updated the task description with the above.

Now that we've shared prototypes, gathered feedback and reviewed said feedback inT296909, this task can now be closed as well.
