Got following message:
500 : Internal Server Error
The error was:
could not start rstudio in time
What should have happened instead?:
RStudio is opened in a new Window.

Looks like this started failing somewhere between pr-111 and latest. Looks like the versions updated for r-base somewhere in there, perhaps the issue
pr-111: r-base-core 4.1.2-1.2004.0 rstudio-server 1.3.959 latest: r-base-core 4.1.1-1.2004.0 rstudio-server 1.3.959
Installing an older jupyter-rsession-proxy (1.4) seems to get it working, and is consistent with the changelog

Though installing a newer rstudio-server (with a new jupyter-rsession-proxy) seems to result in the same error.
