Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Open the Hebrew Wikipedia article הגדר in the Android app.
Click "‏+ הוספת תיאור ערך" ("Add article description").
Type: "סדרת נטפליקס". (This means "Netflix series", and it's a valid description for this item.)

What happens?:
The error message appears: "The text appears to be in an unexpected language. The language should be %s."

(It appears in Hebrew.)

What should have happened instead?:

The description is supposed to be accepted.

This is from machine learning that was added to try to improve short descriptions by identifying the language. Unfortunately, sometimes there are false positives. (That said, I'm surprised that Hebrew, with a unique character set, triggered a false positive.) Since we know that there are occasionally false positives, this message is intentionally a warning, and should not prevent the short description from being added.

We'll change message here to make it clearer that users should still submit it if they're confident the warning does not apply to them. @JTannerWMF is going to provide updated copy.
