Update the requirement:
In doPayment, check for showMonthlyConvert and tokenize when true.
Modify showMonthlyConvert to only return true for payment method not "rtbt" - real time bank transfer.
Do not send recurring_payment_token and processor_contact_id to queue when recurring is not 1, for Adyen either for Adyen, and not send processor_contact_id to queue for Ingenico.
