Receiving bounce-back messages for returning contractor's address

Description

Hi folks,

I have created e-mail for mibragimov-ctr@wikimedia.org and am receiving bouncebacks. It appears that he was previously a contractor at WMF but I have removed the duplicate within LDAP and the issue persists. Do you have any insight on what may be causing it?

I get the following bounceback when e-mailing mibragimov-ctr@wikimedia.org:

The response from the remote server was:
550 Previous (cached) callout verification failure

Looks like removing and re-assigning access did the trick. This can be closed.
