List of steps to reproduce:

• Use the reply tool without inserting a signature manually.

What happens?:
Reply tool adds an automatic signature that lacks the two dashes "--" that in use of other tools precede the signature.

What should have happened instead?:
The two dashes "--" should get inserted automatically preceding the signature.

If this is a deliberate change reflecting what creators of the reply tool think signatures of comments should look like, please discuss this first and if decision is to kill the dashes in the future please make other tools like the buttons in source code editors change as well. Current inconsistent state is unsatisfactory though. Thanks!
