On talk pages/any page at which DiscussionTools is enabled, I want a button to [subscribe] to all existing conversations on the page.

When I join a new page, I sometimes need to track all of the conversations on it. If I scroll down the list, I might miss some conversations.

When new conversations are added, I want to be able to subscribe to all of them in one click.

When I'm looking at a page, I need to easily find out whether I am subscribed to all sections, or if I've missed some.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

It will be easier to follow all the conversations. I will not worry about whether I've missed something.
