Review epic doc and documentation
List major steps/tasks here (don't make tasks yet)
give an indication of complexity compared to other payment options

Note on last point: Apple pay might be our most complicated payment option to date. Adding a payment option to an existing form (i.e. AMEX on brazil form) are fairly light weight. How will gpay compare to these levels of complexity?
