Add projects section to the home page so that website visitor can go to the projects page for the full information about data types we provide.

If to inspect elements from Chrome dev tools, padding between picture and text is absent, by design it should be 20 px

Questions?

Should a link to the Project page be on the Menu?
What the hover state should be for the button Learn more? and should it be there in general? (now it's absent)
