Actual:

The "new paragraph" reservation remains, but now includes a duplicate rendering of the infobox. It does not appear to really be there (no edit is made), and the original still exists as well.

Expected:

If this is meant to work, I'd expect the Infobox to be moved up by one line, thus the "new paragraph" slug no longer there.
Alternatively, it could be an expected outcomem that the drag action is denied/ignored.
