scs-f8-eqiad has been installed and is reachable on the management network. Steps from the above instructions have been completed to the listed stage of "All basic networking and login should now be set." Remaining steps are as follows:

  • - Add device to monitoring
  • - Port / Connection Setup

On that last point the serial ports are all labelled, however not all appear to be functioning. Specifically none of the Juniper switches are reachable, but all of the PSUs are:

NOTE: All resolved - switch connections were cabled to wrong port, moved to CON and they are all reachable.

I played with the serial port settings, speed etc. on some of the ports connecting switches but there are no signs of life. @Jclark-ctr can you confirm the current status of the connections from the OpenGear to the QFX switch CON ports? Thanks.
