• Opened [[Bouldercombe]] on en.WP, scroll down to the Education section, clicked at start of Para, Insert > Images and media, clicked on one of my recent uploads to Commons, and get shown it, and click Use, and then this pops up

What happens?:

Where's the box to add the caption? Where's the box to add the alternative text?

What should have happened instead?:

Would have expected to see some text boxes for caption and alternative text.
