The new version of the mysql prometheus exporter doesn't have http_request_duration_microseconds metric anymore (T295965#7526111). For individual hosts we've chosen sum(mysql_exporter_collector_duration_seconds instead to show the latency graph.

We need to change the Worst response time graph on the mysql-aggregated dashboard (https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/000000278/mysql-aggregated?viewPanel=11&orgId=1&from=now-24h&to=now&var-site=eqiad&var-group=core&var-shard=All&var-role=All&refresh=1m) to start using mysql_exporter_collector_duration_seconds as well.

Newly migrated sections like es1, won't show anything there otherwise.
