Task to keep track of

Steps to follow:

  • Make sure grant request is complete.
  • If required according to transparency, alert auditor.
  • Approve/decline grant.
  • Support activity, create subtasks if needed.
  • Results reported.
  • Financials reported.
  • Close grant.

Event Timeline

Request approved. @Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE and @Abbe98 have initiated contact and will sort this out.

Started off by getting the campaign editor rights in Commons, which we'll also be able to use in our WL* work in the future.

@Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE below are the two additional campaign configurations:


I have implemented it on the Kulturlämningar one on (example), and will do the same on Kyrksö before writing something about it on my blog. Let's see then if WMSE would be interested in doing a version of such a post on the blog?

@Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE Am I right in understanding that everything is done from our end? If so would you @AxelPettersson_WMSE mind wrapping up the grant?

I guess this task should be closed and a subtask for Alicia's work should be added?

This can be closed. When there are more campaigns to be added new tasks can be created.
