Looks like the variants made the employer field appear as an optional field on all the English-speaking countries (US, CA, GB, IE, AU, NZ). Do we want it on by default for all six?

And what label above and which (if any) explanation text should this use? We have 5 variants.

'employer' - just the field, with 'Employer' above
'employer2' - above: 'Employer', below: 'We'll let you know if your employer will match your gift'
'employer3' - above: 'Employer', below: 'Your employer might match your gift, doubling the impact you can have. If your employer is on our list of partners, we'll follow up with you.'
'employer4' - above: 'Employer (optional)', below: 'We'll let you know if your employer will match your gift'
'employer5' - above: 'Employer (optional)', below: 'Your employer might match your gift, doubling the impact you can have. If your employer is on our list of partners, we'll follow up with you.'

Default for just the US!

I believe we were using the Employer 4 variant the last time this was live.
