Description

The Language team has added new features to Special:MassMessage to support sending multilingual content using translatable pages.

The form is now more complicated, and there are lot of things to consider when sending mass messages.

Some of the pain points are:

Ability to provide direct input, or use a translatable page as an input, or combination of the two. Some fields are ignored when certain other fields are used.
Needing to preview to be able to select sections of translatable pages
