Actual result:

Our dear cursor appears unwilling to move beyond the space in front of the link.
It is seen visibly shaking back and forth, possibly contemplating its life choices.

Expected result:

For the cursor to be free to enter the Blue Territory.

Other:

This issue manifests itself consistently in Firefox (latest stable, Mac). Usually after pressing the same arrow key repeatedly for several dozen times, or after firmly holding it down for about ten seconds, it will eventually make it into the link. It is however then trapped within the confines of the link, and experiences a similar struggle on the way from either side.

It appears to not affect Chrome or Safari.

The following issues seem related in their behaviour, but were not an obvious duplicate (to me):

Attached: 60s capture of the steps in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari side-by-side.

I can reproduce this on Firefox on Windows, but only partially and inconsistently.

When just tapping the arrow keys, the cursor always moves as expected for me.

When I press and hold the arrow key, the cursor usually moves as expected, but sometimes gets stuck when moving in or out of link label for maybe about half a second.
