Description

User Story

As an anonymous editor,
I want to be notified temporary account will be created on my behalf
So that I do not have to reveal my personal information to edit a Wiki

Acceptance Criteria

Editor continues to see a notice that reminds them that they’re using a temporary account

Rough estimate:

Maybe 15 minutes per each interface to update (wikitext, VE, mobile editor, DiscussionTools, etc)
No dependencies for these changes, but you'll need to coordinate with other teams to update other applications (e.g. mobile apps, Wikidata)
