Engage civi user getting error and strange formatting on records

Description

A user on our Engage team CID / User ID: 14795889 / 199 is having two issues:

  1. She is still able to save donations and manually enter them on records but this error comes up after saving the donation:

  1. She also has strange formatting on the record summary that looks like:

She sent me the URL to the page as well: https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&force=1&cid=505343&selectedChild=contribute

These problems are only effecting her currently, no one else on Engage is having issues. She has also tried refreshing and logging on a different computer. Was there a setting that was accidentally changed?

Just heard from the user that all is back to normal in civi this morning. Not sure what it might have been, but looks like the problem was resolved.

@MDemosWMF ok thanks. We were a little confused by the screen shot in #2. we couldn't tell what was wrong.

@Eileenmcnaughton thinks she can make sure the error on #1 doesn't happen again. We'll fix that and resolve this task.

Thanks! Sounds good. She was just saying the formatting was different than her normal layout in Civi and it seemed off. I know that image is different than how Civi looks for me, too. Not sure what it was, but everything was still functional on her end.

@MDemosWMF what is the user id. can you give an example of a contribution she has edited & then seen the error message

Hi @Eileenmcnaughton she is CID: 14795889, User ID: 199

One of the entries was a contribution on CID 505343 with the received date of 1/18/22 - there are a few with this date, but this happened for all donations entered that day (1/28) I believe.
