Background/Goal
A Thumbnail component needs to be designed and specified before its implementation as part of the work on the migration of the TypeaheadSearch component.

User stories
As a designer and developer, I need to be able to reuse a system-compliant Thumbnail component, in order to add smaller versions of pictures to support the meaning of the content included in components such as cards or menu items.
Considerations
- Thumbnails are reduced-size versions of pictures at a 1:1 aspect ratio (they're square-shaped)
- Thumbnails present a placeholder style
