As part of the Google Summer of Code project to modernize the Wikimedia portals, the www.wikbooks.org portal will be converted to use the Gulp build step in the Portals repository.
Create a new index.handlebars file and any required CSS files in a new src/wikibooks.org/ folder.
Create any necessary images, like the wikibooks logo, required for rendering the portal page.
Create a new controller.js file that will handle the data aggregation for this portal page.
