When selecting the language for a monolingual text statement, the language names are shown in the language itself, instead of the interface language.

A user adding a monolingual text statement does not necessarily speak that language well, if at all. For example, they might be copying a title from the wikitext or entering the text written on a coin or stamp. It is also inconsistent with how the language name is displayed after saving.
