Lookg at this again, I think it's best if we just close this. I 've set to Invalid, althoug to be honest, I have no idea what is it be best status for a task that was created for an non existent (at least currently and to the best of my knowledge) management level process.

Does that mean the entire Foundational Technology Requests board should be archived?

Maybe? Looking at the project a bit more, I see that @VirginiaPoundstone as the only enabled member. Looking at watchers, there are only 2 enabled ones. The feed of the project doesn't appear to contain any updates that are specific to this project, including moving something in the workboard for at least 12 months. There are no subprojects whatsover nor any other kind of dependencies that I can see of. In fact, I 'd be bold and say that we can probably archive the entire project, not just the workboard. Let's give a few days to @VirginiaPoundstone to weigh in on this and we can proceed with that.

I agree with @akosiaris that this can close. There are a couple Thumbor related tasks that are not yet closed, but they are not reliant on this task or project. The linked WDQS task is a high level one that seems equally unnecessary, so it can go too.

I've shunted two of those tickets onto other active projects. The remainder seem to be incomplete stubs, abandoned, or redundant to other tasks, and should probably be closed as invalid.
