Allow the UI to support FunctionToType without the need for Custom made Vue components

Description

As an user i would like the UI to be able to create, display and edit custom define "functionToType" object.

Acceptance criteria for this ticket would include:

  • Ability to create an INSTANCE of a functionToType
  • Ability to VIEW an object that is a functionToType
  • Ability to Edit an object that is a functionToType
NOTE: Locally I was able to develop and test all of the above by using a typedPair. Unfortuantely this cnanot be used anymore because it has a custom component. We could try and use this with the Error or anything other Z8->Z4 type
