You should see the translated version of page titles in the subpage navigation bar. Currently they are not.

We do not have such info. In theory we could try to parse the translated page title to see if it has same number of parts and replace the subtitle with our own, but that would be a hack and unreliable I am inclined to decline due to high implementation effort versus low benefit.
